-Of course I have been very nervous, but it worked out very good. The people seemed to enjoy it - it was great. We were all nervous 'coz we played the whole album live from the beginning to the end. And it's been a while since we played live on stage.
-Did you miss concerts?
-Yes, a little bit. But I am not a big fan of performing live. But it's necessary.
-After the gig the After Show Party in the Scandia Bar started. Could you enjoy it or had you liked to relax insteed?
-There have been so much people which I didn't know. That was crazy. In the bar area has been more space than in the sauna area. It wasn't easy to relax, but it was ok and I had a lot of joy - esp. with Bam. He's a very close and good friend of mine.
-The album is very dynamic or in other words every songs contains dynamic elements. There isn't a pure slowly track.
-That's the point. We didn't want to make it like "Razorblade Romance", were a hard song follows a slow song. I wanted to make the new album dynamic as you said before. Every song should contain both extrems: love and metal. That's the reason why it's called "Love Metal".
-When do you get the best ideas for new songs? Some people say, they have the best ones while they are sitting on the toilet...
-After having sex. Definitely! That's the best time for me. Maybe it's awful, but after having sex I am singing all the time. Not something like Pavarotti, but I am lying in bed and it starts to work in my brain.
-You wanna go on tour in autumn, right?
-Yes, that our idea. Until the end of August we wanna play festival gigs as many as possible. In September we wanna take a break and relax before we'll start our tour! in Finland. We'll do some concerts there. The rest isn't booked so far.
-Love is a big topic in your lyrics. What does this word mean for you personally? What can you say about that spontaneous?
- My girlfriend. She is my sweetheart. Love doesn't mean: let's all take a sort of medicine and love each other. It's about respect for each other. Respect for yourself and to understand. You are just one of a million, but there is something which keeps us all together. Love or the missing of Love is the reason for everthing we do. You have to understand yourself, but that's not easy and it takes nearly your whole life.
- What do you like esp. on Finland?
- It's difficult to say, because I am born there and my whole family lives there. I love Helsinki, it's like the scandic Los Angeles. The sea it th! e most beautiful place to go. To hold the hand of your girlfriend, walk on a mountain and to watch the sea - that's great. Helsinki is nice esp. in summer. People come out of their houses. With finish people it's like with the bears. The pets did their winter sleeping and it's the same with the finish people. In winter they are not very activ, but when the sun starts to shine, they are everywhere. That's funny. You can see all the men around the 40s in shorts and without a shirt . They drink beer and watch the women.
-People do have dreams, hopes and wishes. Do you tell me one of yours?
-I hope, that there won't be war. But it seems, that God won't hear my prays. For the band I hope, that we will exist for a long time and that we'll have a good time together. To write more great songs and that there will be people, which do like our music. I am very happy at the moment and it would be great, if it works like this for a long time.
